Kona Farm Direct Coffee
Shipping Policy
At Kona Farm Direct Coffee, we take pride in getting freshly roasted 100% Kona coffee from our farm to your cup as efficiently as possible. All orders are shipped via FedEx to physical addresses (no PO boxes).

Processing Time: Orders are typically roasted, packed, and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Weekend Shipping Note: Please note, FedEx does not operate out of Kona on weekends. Orders placed after 10:00 AM HST on Fridays will ship the following week.

If your order experiences a delay due to our small-batch roasting schedule, we’ll notify you promptly.
We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders $144 and over.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey from our farm to your doorstep via the FedEx website.
International Orders
Currently we only ship to U.S. destinations.
Additionally, weather events, holidays, or other carrier delays may impact delivery times beyond our control.
Refund & Return Policy
We’re confident you’ll love our farm-direct Kona coffee and curated gift items. That said, we understand that things don’t always go perfectly. Here's how we handle it:
Perishable Items (Coffee)
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on coffee once it has shipped. However, we stand behind our product and will work with you if there’s an issue.

Wrong Items or Errors: If we made a mistake with your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or credit, and may provide a return label to retrieve the incorrect items.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the packaging within 2 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Not Satisfied? If your coffee isn’t meeting expectations, let us know within 7 days at orders@konafarmdirect.com. We’ll do our best to find a roast or profile that better suits your taste.
Non-Perishable Items
Merchandise and gift items (excluding coffee) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a full refund:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition.

Email us at orders@konafarmdirect.com with your name and order number to begin the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll email you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
Note: Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
