Kraig has spent more than thirty years on this land, learning it season by season. His approach marries rare and heritage varietals with the exceptional Kona terroir - and innovative wet, dry, and honey processing to bring out the best in every bean.
The result is coffee with real character: bright, layered, and unmistakably from Kona. The character has been recognized at the highest levels; from the ACE Hawaii Private Collection to the Dubai World of Coffee Auction.
