Sweet-toned, chocolaty and rich. Dark chocolate, strawberry guava, almond brittle cedar, freesia in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with bright, engaging acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of dark chocolate, almond and freesia.

• Medium-Light Roast is our lightest roast. Exuberantly bright and smooth. Great for pour-overs. Lighter roasts contain the most caffeine. Our very own wonderful nurserywoman Etsy's go to! HINT: The medium-light roast brings out the nuances of this bean the best!
• Medium Roast is Leslie's favorite. She describes it as having a delightfully bright 'melody' on her palate. Hint of passion fruit with nutty undertones. Pour-over, french press, espresso machine... this roast can be used in a variety of ways in your home coffee bar.  Keeps Leslie hummin' all day long!
• Medium-Dark Roast is a more caramelly medium roast with less acidity. Great with a touch of cream or prepare as a Cortado. Kraig's favorite!
• Dark Roast satisfies the coffee drinker who enjoys the bolder cup!  Very nice in cold and hot lattes (and of course cappuccinos!)... and not to forget to mention cold brew too!
